What this site does
Bulin47 Maker does one thing: you upload one front-facing photo, and we render a 19-second vertical video in which you perform the viral Bulin 47 freestyle — the original scene, crowd, camera movement, and audio track kept intact. The output is a 480p 9:16 MP4 with no watermark, usually ready in two to five minutes.
The site is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, or any label or rights holder. The reference performance and audio belong to their respective rights holders.
How it works
The recast is performed by Wan 2.2 Animate Replace, a video-to-video character-replacement model, running on Replicate. The template — the clip, the camera moves, the audio — is locked in on our side, so there is no prompt to write and no template to hunt for. Payments are processed by Stripe; hosting and private media storage run on Cloudflare.
Pricing and fairness
One video costs $9.99; a three-video pack costs $24.99. Both are one-time payments — there is no subscription and no auto-renewal. If a generation fails or is stopped by a safety check, the credit returns to your balance automatically; you never pay for a video you did not receive.
Your photo's access expires 24 hours after upload, finished videos expire after six days, and you can delete your files at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
