Our position

Bulin47 Maker is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulin 47 or any rights holder. The reference performance, music, and audio in the generated videos belong to their respective rights holders. If you are a rights holder and object to any material on this site — including the reference template itself — we want to hear from you and will act on a valid notice.

Filing a copyright complaint

Send your notice to hello@bulin47maker.app with the subject line "DMCA Notice". For the notice to be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c), please include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The exact URL or location of the material on this site, so we can find it.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We acknowledge complete notices within three business days. If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material within seven business days of acknowledgment and notify the affected user when one exists. If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address and we will process it under 17 U.S.C. §512(g).

Incomplete notices may take longer; we will reply telling you what is missing. Abuse reports about generated videos that include your likeness without permission are handled through the same address, even outside the DMCA process.
