Checkout availability

Bulin47 Maker only shows a checkout button when an approved one-time product and the payment provider are configured. While checkout is unavailable, the local photo preview creates no charge and there is no purchase to cancel or refund.

One-time credit purchases

The product card shows the exact price and credit amount before you leave the site for secure Stripe checkout: one video credit for $9.99, or a 3-video pack for $24.99. One credit generates one video. Credits do not expire. Credits are recorded only after the provider confirms a signed successful payment event; this is not a subscription or automatic renewal.

Failed generations

A confirmed content-safety rejection or a confirmed system failure that prevents delivery returns the reserved credit for that request automatically. This automatic return restores your Bulin47 Maker credit balance — it is not a cash refund to your card, and no payment is reversed for a failed generation because the credit was never consumed. If an upstream request times out and its outcome is unknown, the reservation stays held until it is reconciled; we never silently submit another paid request. If the payment provider confirms a refund, the matching credit grant is reversed once.

A result you simply dislike — likeness, movement, or framing that differs from your expectation — is not a technical failure and does not include a free redo or refund. The provider's refund decision and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region continue to control eligibility.

Unused purchases

Credits you have bought but not used are eligible for a payment refund review. Contact us through the Support page or hello@bulin47maker.app with your order reference; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and the matching credit grant is reversed. Credits already consumed by a successful generation are not refundable.

Do not send payment details by email. Include the order reference when asking about a payment through the Support page or hello@bulin47maker.app. We will update this policy when the configured products or payment flow changes.
