How to make it
The whole flow takes a few minutes: one photo, one credit, one video. Here is exactly what to do — and what makes generations fail.
01
Use a clear, front-facing photo of one adult with the upper body visible. JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB. The photo stays local in your browser until you submit.
02
Sign in with Google or email, then buy one video credit for $9.99 or a 3-video pack for $24.99. Credits never expire.
03
Submit from the workspace. Wan 2.2 Animate Replace swaps you into the Bulin 47 freestyle reference, and we merge the original audio track back.
04
Your video appears in the workspace and My Creations. The private download link expires six days after delivery — download the MP4 before then.
The model needs one clear face. Cropped, tiny, blurry, or side-profile faces are the most common failure. Choose a sharper front-facing photo.
Group photos confuse the swap. Crop to a single person before uploading.
Every photo passes an automated content-safety check. Rejected photos are never generated, and no credit is consumed.
Finished videos are checked before delivery. If the output fails the check, the credit is refunded and no video is delivered.
Safari does not save downloads to your camera roll — it puts them in the Files app. Open Files, go to Downloads, and tap your MP4. Then tap the share button and choose Save Video to move it into Photos, where you can post it like any other clip.
your photo stays in this browser while you review the setup.
